Programming Requirements
3+ Years of PHP/MYSQL and Object Oriented Programming
Must have strong knowledge of programming design patterns
must be familiar with the Yii Framework or similar PHP frameworks
Nice to know HTML5 / CSS3
Nice to know Flash/Flex/Actionscript
Must be able to transform designs into valid HTML/CSS code
Must have a solid working knowledge of Javascript/JQuery or comparable Javascript framework
Must understand how to setup and manage a web server
Must be creative
Must have strong problem solving abilities
Must be will to do what it takes to succeed
Must be able to operate without micro-management
Nice to have design requirement
1+ Years of formal design education at accredited institute
2+ Years professional Web Design Experience
Be able to design clean modern websites
Be a whiz with at least one of the following:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Fireworks
Adobe illustrator
or comparable graphics program
Understand and utilize typography to enhance design
Understand UI development and can design for usable web applications as well as websites (and can explain the reasoning behind each design)
Understand the stages / life-cycle of UI design (wire framing…etc)
Must be good at coming up with great design concepts as well as utilize existing design concepts to enhance a project
Portfolio Required

We areeeking a top-notch, highly motivated college intern with programming and web development experience to work on-site at out office
Candidate must have experience with PHP,HTML,CSS, SQL, PHP

or comparable graphics program Familiarity with LAMP configuration, open source technologies, and/or web services is also a plus.
Candidate will support the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of our website and other internal projects, which may include some front-end design, back-end development, and database integration.
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
This position is un-paid Flexible schedule: 15 – 20 hours/week.
